3 arrested for Ledbetter home invasion
Ledbetter-On Wednesday October 30, 2013 Kentucky State Police arrested three Paducah residents for an armed robbery that occurred in Livingston County. Deryant L. Williams 22, Travon D. Jones 18, and Talor M. English 19, all of Paducah were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail. All three have been charged with Robbery 1st Degree (Class B Felony), Assault 2nd Degree (Class B Felony), and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree (Class D Felony). Charges are forthcoming on a fourth suspect.
The arrests stem from an investigation, of a home invasion, that occurred on October 28, 2013 just after 11:00 P. M. in Ledbetter, KY. The Kentucky State Police had received a call that a door had been kicked in and four people entered demanding items. A struggle ensued with the residents, causing injuries to two of the residents.
According to KSP it is believed that drugs were the motive behind the armed robbery. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Jonathan Ward. Trooper Ward is being assisted by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
