Marshall County woman arrested on manufacturing meth, 2nd offense
(Filed February 27,2014) An investigation led to the arrest of a Marshall County woman for manufacturing methamphetamine 2nd offense on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, after detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office investigated allegations of a possible meth lab in Marshall County.
Based on probable cause, Detective Tidwell obtained a search warrant for the residence of 7360 U.S. 68W Apt.#2 Benton, Ky. 42025.
Detectives executed the search warrant and discovered a methamphetamine lab inside the residence. Detectives located inside the residence a methamphetamine generator, cold packs, camping fuel, drain opener, crushed pseudoephedrine pills, mason jars with residue and drug paraphernalia with meth.
Detectives arrested Tina Houser for manufacturing methamphetamine 2nd offense, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Houser was currently on parole for charges she received by McCracken County Sheriff’s Office in 2010 and was sentenced to in 2011. Houser was lodged in the Marshall County Jail. Additional charges and arrests are pending further investigation.
