Executive Director
The Marshall County Exceptional Center is seeking a full time Executive Director to oversee and operate our center located at 198 Old Symsonia Rd in Benton Kentuckyk. We serve clients with special needs and disabilities and offer services in the way of daily habilitation programs, a food service program, and a group home facility. We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, and excellent retirement options.
Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. minimum preferred
• Seasoned Leader with a minimum of 3+ years broad based management experience
• Ability to prepare, implement, monitor, and maintain annual budget
• Excellent communicator that can maintain rapport with clients, families, staff, church and civic groups, government officials, and media.
• Ability to lead ongoing fund raising efforts, including annual giving solicited from individuals, civic groups, foundations, corporations, and other local, state, and federal government agencies.
• Ability to use computers and Microsoft software
• Ability to do research, prepare, and provide reporting for applicable state and federal programs
• A demonstrated passion towards serving the needs of the handicapped and medically disabled
• Capable of thinking strategically and transitioning detailed plans into well executed activities for the clients we strive to serve.
